Child Dental Care Plan
This plan allows you to spread the cost of your routine check up fees over 12 months, making it easy for you to budget. For a monthly Direct Debit payment of £4.95 your child will receive:| + | 2 exams a year |

All additional treatments will be charged per treatment according to the Fee Guide below.
This is not an insurance scheme and patients are required to attend six monthly to benefit. No refunds will be given if patients do not attend.
